Per-user signalling: which stations are in this transmission, on which resource units, at which rates.

Reading a capture

Variable length, because its size depends on how many users the transmission carries. That makes the EHT preamble the first one whose duration is not knowable from the format alone — it is carried in U-SIG, which is part of why U-SIG had to come first.
